Thank you, KB. It is a flourless dark chocolate cake with whiskey reduction, topped with Irish cream infused whipped cream and cocoa nibs. A very dear friend of mine cannot eat wheat products, so we use cocoa solids and with the wave of the magic wooden spoon, cake!
